Cost per 6ft table $25.00 Please bring your own snacks, drinks and food for the day. There is a Tim Hortons, Burger King and Subway near there about a 10min drive if that. Not a paper crafter? That’s okay! This weekend has been designed with ALL crafters in mind. Come and join us with your friends for a fun, relaxing, creative weekend getting all of those unfinished projects done.
HOTEL ROOM RATE: Rooms can be booked at a discounted rate of $89 per room (based on double occupancy) by using promo code: SCC to book. Please note these rooms are only available until August 21, 2018 and are first come first book. Please note if you require a special needs room to advise the hotel at the time of booking.
• Each attendee will receive an 8ft rectangular table to craft at during the weekend. That is a lot of table space to create at! • Gourmet meals will be included during the weekend (except Friday dinner). Nothing like eating like a queen right? • Open crafting area until 11:00 p.m. each evening. • Crafting time will begin at 4p.m. on Friday and continue until 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Arrival on Friday at 4:00 p.m. with a late night snack to be served at approximately 9 p.m.. Please note there is no dinner served Friday evening however, there is a restaurant on site. Saturday and Sunday mornings doors open at 7:00 a.m. with continental breakfast being served at 8:00 a.m. Hot buffet lunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday at approximately noon. Gourmet buffet supper will be served on Saturday evening. Please feel free to bring any munchies or snacks you might enjoy while crafting. If you have any dietary restrictions please advise upon registration.
Pricing For Paper, Ink and Glitter 2018 attendees you will receive a discounted rate of $200 for the weekend (not including hotel accommodations). All 2018 Paper, Ink and Glitter attendees will have until May 15, 2018 to reserve your spot. If you were unable to join us at the 2018 Paper, Ink and Glitter event your price will be $225 for the weekend (not including hotel accommodations). Registration will end August 15, 2018. Please note that a 50% non -refundable deposit is due no later than July 15, 2018 to secure your spot. Your spot is not secure until your deposit is received. Balance is due September 1, 2018. Failure to provide balance prior to September 1, 2018 will forfeit your spot. Please note that this event has very limited space available and therefore will be first come basis

Each participant will have a 6ft working space, a gift from SGD, two complimentary bottles of water! There will be raffle prizes where you can win incredible items! There will be fun games & more!! Our amazing store will be on-site and every participant will receive tax free purchases for the entire weekend retreat!!
Meals: Friday: Incredible dinner buffet style with coffee, tea & assorted desserts
Saturday: Scrumptious breakfast buffet style. Nice light lunch and an incredible dinner buffet
and evening coffee/tea break with some snacks

Accommodations: There are four choices to choose from for accommodations.
Single Occupancy: $478 + HST = $540.14
Double Occupancy: $339/person + HST = $383.07 (indicate who you will be sharing a room with)
Triple Occupancy: $299/person + HST = $338.25 (indicate who you will be sharing a room with)
Quad Occupancy: $279/person + HST = $315.84 (indicate who you will be sharing a room with)
If you just want to come and crop for the weekend the cost would be $200 +HST = $226.00
Registration, Deposit & Payment: Registration is done through us here at SGD. You are welcome to split your payment up over three payments.
$125 + HST non-refundable deposit (no exceptions) due at time of registration.
50% of balance owing will be due July 31 2018 and the remaining balance is due on Sept 30, 2018.
What to bring: Your projects, tools, supplies & pictures! PJs, slippers, toothbrush, etc. Some other items you may wish to bring: Ott light if you plan on working into the wee hours, your swimsuit (there is an indoor pool), and your favourite snacks/beverages/water (each cropper will receive two complimentary bottles of water from SGD). There is a small fridge in each room.
